为研究中药射干(Belamcanda chinensis)的化学成分,应用多种柱色谱方法对其乙醇提取物进行分离和纯化,并得到了11个异黄酮化合物,通过1H NMR、13C NMR及HMBC、HSQC、1H-1H COSY、NOESY等波谱手段解析化学结构,发现一个新化合物,命名为异野鸢尾苷。
