子宫上皮样平滑肌瘤
子宫上皮样平滑肌瘤亦称平滑肌母细胞瘤或透明细胞平滑肌肿瘤，其大体形态像平滑肌瘤但无编织状结构，界限不清楚，常呈黄或灰色，质较软。瘤细胞为圆或多边形，弥漫成片，间以薄壁血管，常排列成上皮样索或巢。瘤细胞胞浆透明，部分为嗜酸性，核圆或卵圆，位于细胞中央，亦可偏于一侧，核形较规则。核分裂少，一般＜3/10高倍视野(详见附图)。可侵犯周围肌层，但很少侵犯血管。它有以下几种亚型：平滑肌母细胞型，透亮细胞型，丛状微岛型。上皮样平滑肌瘤部分为良性，只有那些体积小，界限清楚，无坏死，无核异型性和无核分裂的纯上皮样平滑肌瘤才考虑为良性，多数为潜在恶性或恶性。这种肌瘤形态上很难区分良恶性。但恶性多数伴随有典型的梭形细胞平滑肌肉瘤。
