为了观察三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核 层神经元与向臂旁核投射神经元的突触关系 ,选用 Calbindin D-2 8k和 Parvalbu-min作为标志物 ,采用 HRP逆行追踪与免疫组织化学技术相结合的双重反应技术对 层内的 Calbindin D-2 8k样和 Parvalbumin样阳性神经元与三叉神经脊束核尾侧亚核向臂旁核投射神经元之间的突触联系进行了观察。

神经束间移植术
interfascicular grafting

是指采用神经束和神经束膜缝合方法修复神经缺损的一种方法。此法是1972年Millesi首先提出和报告,取得较外膜缝合法处理的神经移植手术更好的效果。手术要求用显微外科技术进行,并切去断端一段神经外膜,直接对合神经束和采用神经束膜缝合术。我国朱家恺(1979年)首先在国内报告。手术时必须将同功能的神经束进行缝合,否则不能恢复功能。
