染色体带型


  染色体经过特殊处理并用特定染料染色后,在光学显微镜下可见其臂上显示不同深浅颜色的条纹,此称为染色体带。各号染色体带的形态称为带型。对每种染色方法,每条染色体显示的带纹分布是一定的。通过染色体的分带技术,可以使染色体组型分析更为准确。主要的显带技术有G带(Giemsa显带)、Q显带(奎丫因显带)、R显带(逆转显带)、C显带(着丝粒显带)、前期显带(高分辨技术)。
