子宫富细胞平滑肌瘤


本病亦称生长活跃的平滑肌瘤。肌瘤中有丰富的平滑肌细胞,排列紧密,但细胞大小形态尚一致,仅有个别细胞有异型,偶见分裂象,1~4个分裂象/10个高倍视野。详见附图。
