METHODS: One hundred and forty patients with episodic tension headache were randomly divided into 3 groups: group A ( n =48) of cervical 2, 3 paravertebral block, group B ( n =45) of stellate ganglion block (SGB) and group C ( n =47) of occipital nerve block.
方法 :按国际头痛学会诊断标准选取符合要求的发作性紧张型头痛 14 0例 ,随机分为 3组 :A组 (n =4 8) ,颈2 ,3 横突阻滞 ;B组 (n =4 5 ) ,星状神经节阻滞(SGB) ;C组 (n =4 7) ,枕神经阻滞 。

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of closed Fengchi acupoint and warm acupuncture moxibustion on greater occipital neuralgia.

CT导向腹腔神经节和内脏神经松解术
介入放射学技术。内脏神经松解术治疗上腹痛首先由Kappis等(1919年)报道，此后它和腹腔神经节松解术主要用于治疗胰腺癌、腹部其他恶性肿瘤或胰腺炎引起的顽固性腹痛。目前用CT导向进针向腹腔神经节或内脏神经丛注射无水酒精20～25ml(每18～22ml酒精加2～3ml碘酞葡胺)，然后经CT扫描确定酒精分布范围。如果肿瘤浸润进展疼痛复发，可重复进行这种治疗。
