| 伤筋 由于各种暴力或慢性劳损引起筋膜、肌腱、韧带、肌肉等软组织损伤的一类病证。伤筋一名，早见于《素问·宣明五气篇》。多因跌打、扭挫及慢性劳损所致。证见局部疼痛、青紫 、 肿胀 、甚至关节屈伸不利 。一般可分为扭伤和挫伤，也包括历代文献中的筋断、筋走、筋翻、筋转、筋强等。治宜活血化瘀、舒筋通络，用舒筋散。还可以针灸、推拿、拔火罐、局部封闭等方法治疗。适当配合功能锻炼有利于损伤的恢复。 |
