42 in the treatment group were treated by Yangyin Xiegan Zhixue Decoction in accordance with treating the lung to subdue hyperactivity of the liver, while the cases in the control group were treated by Yangyin Zhixue Decoction.

方名。出清·傅山《傅青 主女科·卷上》。功效：开郁柔肝，行滞止血。主治：肝气郁结而致血崩，症见突然阴道 下血甚多，少腹胸胁胀痛，精神抑郁。药物组成：白芍药(醋炒)、白术 (土炒)、当归(酒洗)各1两，牡丹皮、生地黄 (酒炒)、三七(研末)各3钱，甘草、荆芥穗(炒黑) 各2钱，柴胡1钱。用法：水煎服。
