性质:又称超敏反应,免疫损伤。本术语1906年由冯普里克(von Pirquet)首先提出,是指已被抗原致敏的机体,如果再次接触到相同的抗原物质,机体所表现的外在反应与首次不同,或者反应降低,对病原体呈现防御或抵抗,或是反应增强,对抗原物质呈现强烈反应的同时机体同时遭受损伤。前者称之为免疫反应(immunity),后者称之为过敏反应(anaphylaxis)或超敏反应(hypersensivity)。因此,变态反应原词义系兼指上述两种情况。但是长期以来,人们从临床医学角度出发,将对机体不利的特异性反应称为变态反应(allergy)。
