·METHODS:Thirty-two conjunctivochalasis patients after surgical removal of crescent-shaped conjunctiva combined with conjunctiva sclera fixation were followed up,and they underwent system check including subjective feeling,depth and shape of lacrimal river,binoculus breakup time of tear-film and Schirmer test paper to examine lacrimal secretion value 2 months preoperatively and postoperatively.
目的:探讨新月形结膜切除联合结膜巩膜固定术治疗结膜松弛症术前、术后2mo泪膜的稳定性。

The therapy groupadopts the up-ligation Removal of hemorrhoidectomy; the control group adoptsMilligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy.
方法:选择30例混合痔患者,随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各15例,治疗组采用混合痔上方结扎切除术,对照组采用外剥内扎术(Milligan-Morgan术)治疗。
