    　　马克思论述1848年法国革命的著作。写于1850年 1～11月，以《从1848到1849年》为总题目连载于《新莱茵报·政治经济评论》。1895年首次在柏林出版单行本，恩格斯为它写了导言，并增添他和马克思写的《国际述评（三）》中有关法国事件部分作为第 4章。最早的中译本名为《法兰西阶级斗争》，柯柏年译，1942年延安解放社出版。本书收入人民出版社1959年出版的中文版《马克思恩格斯全集》第7卷。
　　
　　马克思在书中用历史唯物主义的观点和方法深刻分析了 1848年法国革命的原因、性质、 过程和影响，并在总结历史经验的基础上，发展了关于无产阶级革命和无产阶级专政的原理。他指出，无产阶级和资产阶级的矛盾是不可调和的，特别是法国工人六月起义的教训证明，无产阶级要获得自身的解放，就必须"推翻资产阶级"，"实行工人阶级专政！"这是马克思第一次明确提出"工人阶级专政"的口号。他在阐明科学社会主义理论的实质时还指出，革命的社会主义"就是宣布不断革命,就是无产阶级的阶级专政,这种专政是达到消灭一切阶级差别，达到消灭这些差别所由产生的一切生产关系,达到消灭和这些生产关系相适应的一切社会关系,达到改变由这些社会关系产生出来的一切观念的必然的过渡阶段"。从而第一次阐明了无产阶级专政在政治、经济、思想方面的任务。
