性质: 又称富瓦鸡蛋花素。橙黄色针状结晶(由氯仿-石油醚,乙酸乙酯或乙醇中)。熔点151~152℃(分解)。溶于氯仿、热乙酸乙酯、苯、乙醇,微溶于吡啶、丙酮,不溶于水和石油醚。植物来源有夹竹桃科植物鸡蛋花[Plumeria rubra L. var. acutifolia (Poir.)Bailey]的叶、茎,软枝黄蝉(Allamanda cathartica L.),也可以化学合成。具有抗真菌作用,并能抑制结核菌的生成。
