突触前受体
突触前膜的受体。其作用在于调节神经末梢的释放，例如肾上腺素能神经纤维末梢的突触前膜上有α受体，当末梢释放的去甲肾上腺素在突触前膜处超过一定量时，即能与突触前α受体结合，从而反馈抑制末梢合成和释放去甲肾上腺素，起到调节末梢递质释放量的作用。
