脐带缠绕
脐带缠绕胎儿躯体的某部分称为脐带缠绕。发生率占总分娩数的20%～25%。对胎儿的影响视缠绕部位与程度而不同。脐带缠绕以缠绕颈部最多，其次为躯干及肢体，缠绕1～2圈居多，3圈以上少见。缠绕松紧与缠绕圈数及脐带长短有关。缠绕紧者可影响脐血通过而造成胎儿缺氧，甚至死亡。表现为胎心的变化。
