增殖细胞核抗原


  PCNA是细胞DNA多聚酶的“δ”辅助蛋白,是真核细胞DNA合成时所必需的一种酸性核蛋白。PCNA在细胞核内合成,并储存在核内,细胞处于静止状态时,其含量很低,当细胞进入增殖周期中,其表达明显增加,故PCNA的表达高低可反映细胞增殖的活跃程度。在活检或手术切除的组织切片或细胞涂片上,用免疫技术检测到PCNA表达增高有助于肿瘤组织的诊断。
