Diagnosis of duodenal diverticulum with X-ray barium meal examination;

Purpose:To comapre the value in clinical of X-ray barium meal and endoscope examination in diagnosis the upper gas- trointestinal tract diseases.

Objective To investigate the relationship between pathological type and the diagnostic outcomes of endoscopy,barium meal,CT of early esophagus carcinoma.

The results of the vascular impression on horizontal part of duodenum of barium meal examination were compared with the CT imaging of the horizontal part of duodenum, abdominal aorta, superior mesenteric artery, superior mesenteric vein, and inferior vena cava.

Results:Barium meal radiography is good at localization, determining the nature, observing the pathological change range, etc.
