天牖 天牖 经穴名。出《素问·气穴论》。别名天听。属手少阳三焦经。在颈侧部，当乳突的后方直下，平下颌角，胸锁乳突肌的后缘；或于天容穴与天柱穴连线的中点处取穴。另说：“完骨下，发际上一寸”（《千金要方》）；“风池上一寸”（《千金翼方》）；“风池下一寸，微外些”（《针灸集成》）。布有枕小神经和耳后动脉。主治头痛，项强，耳鸣，耳聋，瘰疬等。直刺0.5-1寸。艾炷灸3壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。
