目的探讨加味三妙散治疗慢性尿酸性肾病的临床疗效。
补充资料:沪味白肚
【原料】:
猪肚子1只(约1千克),香菜5克。调料:姜葱10克,料酒50克,酱油25克,麻油5克,明矾5克,米醋10克。
【做法】:
1.将肚子翻过来,用水洗净内壁污渍,剪去肥油,然后仍翻过去,用明矾擦透,洗净粘液,下开水锅氽一下捞起,刮去白衣,再用明矾、米醋擦透洗净,放入开水锅中,加入料酒、姜、葱烧至肚子八成酥时捞起,将肚子顺长一剖两半,平放在盆内,肚子上面压上重物(使肚子平整),待其自然冷却。
2.将冷却后的肚子修成6.6厘米宽的长方块(共3块),随即内壁向上,切成6.6厘米长、1厘米宽的条块,排齐作为刀面;将其余肚子切片,装入盆中,两旁放两个刀面并排齐,上面覆盖一个刀面,略带桥形,肚子面上放香菜。
3.酱油分装在两只小碟内,加入麻油,同白肚一起上席蘸吃。
