To better understand the complex substance and effective mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine, in this paper, the molecular mechanisms of compound Ligusticum chuanxiong and Angelica sinensis and its active substances were estimated on the vascular smooth muscle cell and endothelial cell involved in the ROS, MAPK signal pathways and the relation of the signal molecules.
鉴于中药复方成分复杂,其物质基础和作用机理不确定性等问题,本文以复方川芎当归为例,从分子水平上揭示复方川芎当归及其活性物质对血管细胞的作用机理。
补充资料：川芎红花当归炖仔鸡
配方：川芎6克当归6克红花6克仔鸡1只绍酒10克葱10克姜5克盐5克
制作：1.把川芎切片，红花洗净，当归切片；仔鸡宰杀后，去毛及内脏、爪。
2．把仔鸡放入婉锅内，加入绍酒、盐、葱、姜，再加入上汤2000毫升，再放入当归、川芎、红花。
3．把炖锅置武火上烧沸，再用文火炖煮1小时即成。
食法：每日1次，每次吃鸡肉50克，随意喝汤。
功效：活血化瘀，滋补气血。冠心病心肌梗塞患者食用。
