· METHODS:Combined trabeculectomy(the reduction of bore of trabeculectomy combined with mitomycin and paracentesis of anterior chamber)was used on 56 patients(68 eyes)of glaucoma from January 2004 to December 2006 in our hospital(group A).
方法:我院于2004-01/2006-12采用复合式小梁切除术(小梁切除口减小+丝裂霉素+前房穿刺)治疗青光眼56例68眼,术后随访3mo～2a,对比2002年以来所作的经典小梁切除术70眼,观察中和手术后的前房、瞳孔、滤过泡、眼压的情况。
