Methods:Anti-inflammatory effect of Fufang Nanglixiao capsule was investigated by xylene-induced aruical swelling in mice and granuloma induced by cotton ball implantation in rats;analgesic effect of Fufang Nanglixiao capsule was investigated by hot plate test and acetic acid writhing test in mice.
方法:用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀法、大鼠棉球肉芽肿法观察复方囊立消胶囊的抗炎作用,用小鼠热板法和扭体法观察复方囊立消胶囊的镇痛作用。
