军干医院是一所社区医院,从1992成立至今已有15年的历史,但一直未建立一套适合于本医院特点的完整的内部会计控制制度,究其原因不外乎以下两点,首先,军干医院规模太小,业务简单,似乎没有什么需要控制的;其次,军干医院经营不景气,生存都有困难,建立内部会计控制制度几乎是奢谈。

海军大学，创建于1955年7月，是韩国海军的最高学府。校址原在镇海，1995年11月迁至大田市紫门洞。海军大学主要负责培训海军中级指挥和参谋军官。通过培训，使其具备战役战术指挥能力和专业技能，并为向高级军官发展打好基础。
海军大学有教职员约500人。该校主要招收海军少校、中校军官，以及少数上校军官。每年招生1～3期，每期招收学员100人左右，学习时间数周到数月不等。海军大学设有指挥专业、后勤专业和行政管理专业。学员毕业后，大部分返回原单位工作，少数人可以重新分配工作。
