In this paper, some experiences about the contract attendent nursing appointment, training in ideological and professional quality, clinical practice as well as management are discussed.

The management of contract nurses: using of human-oriented principle;

Result: 1 Contract nurses more formal mental health for nurses in the poor, the existence of potential health problems.

Method:One second-class hospital and one thirdclass hospital were selected from the eastern, central and western China respectively, and 50 staff nurses and 50 contracted nurses were randomly selected in each hospital.
