方法2005年1月竞聘上岗3名二线护士,实施24h负责制,参与一线轮值夜班,8h的值班时间履行一线护士的各班工作职责,8h值班时间以外在家留守待命,一线护士遇到技术问题时随叫随到;2006年1月起改变了二线护士的值班方式,即二线护士不参与一线值班,3人轮流值二线班。
