【作用与用途】
主要兴奋脊髓使反射活动和肌张力增加。此外能兴奋脑干增强呼吸及心肌收缩力，升高血压，并有抑制胆碱酯酶的作用。临床用于治疗小儿麻痹后遗症和面神经麻痹，对神经衰弱、低血压、植物神经功能紊乱引起的头晕、耳鸣、耳聋等有一定疗效。
【剂量与用法】
成人每次皮下或肌注4mg，1次/日，2～4周为1疗程。如穴位注射，每2～4个穴位为1组，每日或隔日轮流注射1组，每穴每次成人：0.8mg～1.2mg。小儿0.2mg～0.4mg。穴位注射切不可注入血管。
