更年期忧郁症
一种精神疾病，是指初次发病在更年期，以情绪低落、焦虑紧张为主要症状的疾病。部分可伴有一些躯体症状，并有罪恶妄想或贫穷妄想。本症女性多于男性，起病可急可缓，以缓者居多。病程较更年期噪郁症为长。以药物治疗为主，同时配合精神治疗。一般治愈后不复发，但有些也可反复发作。有严重消极自杀者可加用电休克治疗。
