用料:兔肉100克,肉苁蓉、芡实各30克。

做法:

(1)兔肉洗净,斩件;肉苁蓉略浸,切片;芡实洗净,清水浸半小时。

(2)把全部用料放入锅内,加清水适量,武火煮沸后,文火烫1-2小时,调味供用。

功效:补肾涩精,抗衰延寿。

适应症:早衰,老年人肾虚。症见筋骨瘦弱,腰膝冷痛,小便濒数,或小便混浊,早衰阳萎遗泄。妇女脾肾虚弱之带下。

注释:本汤补肾固肾,延缓衰老。汤中兔肉性味甘凉,功能补中益气,健脾止渴,是高蛋白低脂肪食品,有"健美肉"之称,

其所含卵磷脂有保护血管,阻止血栓形成,抑制动脉粥样硬化症发生发展的作用。肉苁蓉性味甘咸温,功能补肾阳,益精血,《大明本草》说它能"治男子绝阳不兴,女子绝阴不产,润五脏,长肌肉,暖腰膝。"本品含有丰富的白色结晶物质--甘露醇,据研究报道,甘露醇在延缓皮肤衰老,增强机体免疫功能,激活体内超氧化物歧化酶和降低脂褐质堆积等方面,均有显著作用,可见,含丰富甘露醇的肉苁蓉有良好的抗衰老作用。芡实性味甘涩平,功能健脾因肾涩精,《本草纲目》说它能"止渴益肾,治小便不禁,遗精白浊带下。"合而为汤,既补益又防老,是健美延寿的补汤。

注意和禁忌:感冒发热者不宜用本汤。
