目的 :了解本地区细菌性腹泻病的病原菌及耐药情况 ;方法 :对 2 0 0 1年 1月—2 0 0 3年 1月我院收治的 3 3 4例腹泻患儿粪便中分离出细菌的 1 74例病历的临床资料、粪便培养及药敏试验结果进行分析 ;结果 :检出细菌 1 68例 (革兰氏阴性杆菌 1 55株 ,革兰氏阳性球菌 1 3株 )、真菌 6例 ,检出率为 52 。

非热带口炎性腹泻
又称"成人乳糜泻"，"麦胶性肠病"，"原发性脂肪泻"。原发性小肠吸收不良或吸收不良综合征之一，病因不清楚。目前认为可能是*麦胶引起的一种变态反应。主要病变在小肠粘膜，肠绒毛萎缩，表层杯状细胞减少，上皮下层有炎性细胞增多和腺体增生。临床表现主要是由于各种营养物质吸收障碍，表现为腹痛、腹泻、腹胀、体重减轻、倦怠乏力、维生素缺乏及电解质紊乱等。腹泻最为突出，大便量多、色淡、恶臭、多泡沫、油腻状。治疗应首先消除病因，并采用综合替补疗法，以高蛋白、高热量、低脂肪、无刺激、易消化的饮食为主，必要时采用素食和静脉高营养疗法。
