Methods: According to the methods of Liu Jingtian and Guo Feng′s report,the RBC C 3b receptor (RBC C 3b R),RBC immunocomplex (RBC ICR),RBC C 3b R promotion factors and inhibitory factors were detected.
方法 :采用免疫学方法对 1993～ 1995年收治的急性感染性疾病患儿 (支气管肺炎 74例、感染性腹泻 6 6例、上呼吸道感染 5 4例 )红细胞免疫功能指标 (红细胞C3b受体、红细胞免疫复合物花环、红细胞免疫促进因子和抑制因子 )进行了测定。

Results The RFIR rate of Hico increased more statistically than Loco,IC rate of Hico was most statistically than Loco;There has no obvious difference between high-living groups in RFER、RFIR and C3b rate.
结论1)单纯低氧因素对红细胞免疫抑制因子活性的影响较大;2)模拟高原组红细胞免疫功能除了红细胞免疫调节因子影响外,可能还有其他因素的影响;3)4周后,红细胞免疫功能由强到弱大致规律为:低住对照组>高住低练组>高住对照组>高住高练组。
