食管-纵隔瘘
esophagus-mediastinal fistula
指食管腔与纵隔间出现通道。病因为食管损伤穿孔，使食管腔内容物及涎液瘘入纵隔形成纵隔脓肿，产生瘘管与食管腔相通。症状为胸骨后疼痛、发热、白细胞增高。根据胸部摄片、食管吞钡检查，发现瘘道与胸腔不通而只局限于纵隔内可确定诊断，治疗原则为首先用非手术治疗，禁食，抗感染，小的瘘多数能自愈，无效则手术治疗。
