Application of fully mechanized coal mining technique in low coal seams in Xiang shui Coal Mines

The authors in this paper have studied the mining technology, development and haulage style,the main slope construction factors and parameters to increase the last slope angle of the Bai-Yun eastern mine.

As a result of the failure to reflect the essence of certain data comprehensively and exactly using the conventional experimental methods,fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for selecting mining technology was proposed.

In order to excavate East Fushun surface mine efficiently,optimum selection of reasonable mining technology was did according to geological condition of East Fushun open-pit mine.

,Ltd,which is characteristic of multiple and thin strata,low stoping rate,small buried depth,prone to inter-stratum pollution and severe ground subsidence,the author propose a mining process in which wells are butted and communicated in the bottom,single well process and dual well process are combined and collapse is inhibited and taken advantage of to protect the upper stratum.

The basic principle,major controlled process condition,mining process and its characteristics of selective leaching are analyzed.

Through analyzing the influences brought by face production capacity and coal reserves, analyze the geological conditions, e-quipment choose, and economic benefit factors by way of comparison to the special coal seam of Jining No,2 coal mine, put forward the proper equipment assembling and mining process for the special coal seam, so as to enhance the coal recovery rate and production.

This paper introduced the usage of the process synthesis and Response Surface Method (RSM) by MOSPAD, which will provide the process conditions for the improvement of a Fab.

With the methodology of process synthesis,a practical top down design method process and device are presented.
