材料
羊骨300克，大米200克，大枣15只。
做法
将羊骨（最好是腿骨）洗净敲成两段，入器皿加水，高火20分钟后捞起羊骨，剔出骨髓放在汤中，加入米和大枣，高火15分钟熬成粥。
