Method Using the method of zero crossings of laser speckle (ZCLS) as well as speckle interferometry power spectra, velocity was measured in: 1)intralipid with uniform and the motion simulating lymph (model experiment); 2)blood and lymphatic flow; 3)lymphatic flow under the influence of Metaraminol bitartrate.

It is indicated that the zero dispersion point is hardly influenced by the number of air holes in cladding with large relative apertures.

The sureying investigation of the elasticity modulus,the poission ratio,and the stress-strain distribution for the glass fiber -epoxy mutidirectional laminates was achieved by using the speckle method.
