rheumatic mitral stenosis
是由于风湿热侵犯心脏内膜在二尖瓣所造成的病变。风湿热的炎性病变在瓣膜交界边缘发生水肿和渗出物，随后，纤维蛋白沉积和纤维组织形成，交界从瓣环向中央逐渐粘连融合，使瓣孔变小，形成二尖瓣狭窄，纤维性变尚可累及腱索和乳头肌，使之缩短、融合。根据病变程度可分三型，即：隔膜型、隔膜漏斗型和漏斗型。临床表现及治疗见“二尖瓣狭窄”。
