阴虚证 阴虚证 证名。津液精血不足所出现的病证。出《素问·调经论》。由真阴虚衰、热病伤阴或久病耗伤阴液等因所致。《景岳全书·传忠录》：“阴虚者，水亏也，为亡血失血，为戴阳，为骨蒸劳热。”证见形体消瘦，骨蒸潮热，盗汗遗泄，五心烦热，头眩耳鸣，口燥咽干，面红颧涩，舌红少津或红绛光剥，脉虚细而数。肺胃阴虚者，宜养阴生津；心脾阴亏者，宜滋阴补血益气；肝肾阴耗者，宜填补精髓。选用沙参麦冬汤、大补阴丸、黑归脾丸、归芍地黄汤、左归饮等方。
