对氯苯丙氨酸
药名。为色氨酸羟化酶的 强有力的阻断剂。药理作用：强有力地阻断色氨酸羟化酶，后者与脑内神经介质5-HT关 系密切。因而应用PCPA后，可使脑内5-HT水平降低。在雄性大 鼠实验中，可使动物性活力戏剧性地增加而得到证实。临床应用：治疗阳痿患者时，剂量为 每天1g，共4～6周，发现病人在上述剂量下少或无催欲作用；当给予大剂量时，则可以产生 明显的催欲作用。毒副反应：常见精神迟钝、头痛和眩晕等。停药后即可消除。
