Methods In a mountainous endemic region of schistosomiasis in Yunnan Province,random samples of the villagers aged 10-70 years from three natural villages were examined by using stool hatching test for parasitological examination,and the sera from the villagers were tested with the kits of NP30/ and SEA/ELISA to detect antibody of specific IgE and total IgE res.

又称"泌尿生殖系血吸虫病"。埃及血吸虫寄生在人体膀胱与盆腔的静脉丛所引起的疾病。主要流行于非洲、中东及南欧，此外印度盂买也有。临床上以严重的血尿和膀胱炎为特征。本症应以预防为主，药物治疗应选用吡喹酮、硝咪唑等。
