用生理盐水反复洗涤红细胞4～6次，移除80%～90%的白细胞和血小板，只余留痕量血浆的红细胞。适应证为有白细胞抗原或原因不明的输血发热反应，还特别适用于对血浆敏感者，自身免疫性溶血性贫血和阵发性睡眠血红蛋白尿的患者。
