天宗 天宗 经穴名。出《针灸甲乙经》。属手太阳小肠经。在肩胛部，当冈下窝中央凹陷处，与第四胸椎相平。布有肩胛上神经和旋肩胛动、静脉肌支。主治肩胛疼痛，胸肋支满，颊颌肿痛，咳逆抱心，以及肩关节周围炎，乳腺炎等。斜刺0.5-1寸。艾炷灸3-5壮；或艾条灸5-10分钟。
