目的：观察0-3岁小于胎龄儿的生长情况，检测其空腹血糖、胰岛素及脂联素水平，探讨小于胎龄儿血清脂联素水平及其与胰岛素抵抗的关系。

Objectives:To examine the levels of serum adiponectin,intracellular magnesium, fasting plasma and fasting insulin in small for gestational age(SGA) and explore the relationship between adiponectin,magnesium and their growth and development,insulin resistance(IR).
目的:通过测定小于胎龄儿(SGA)血清脂联素、细胞内镁离子、空腹血糖(FBG)、胰岛素(FINS)水平,探讨脂联素、镁离子与其生长发育、胰岛素抵抗(IR)的关系。
补充资料：大于胎龄儿
出生体重大于同胎龄平均体重的第90百分位，约相当于大于平均体重 2个标准差以上的新生儿。出生体重≥4000g的新生儿称巨大儿，其中一部分是健康小儿。
巨大儿与遗传有关，也与母亲孕期食量过大，糖及蛋白质摄入过多有关，但有些是病理因素，如母亲患糖尿病，胎儿患Rh溶血病等所致。
由于胎儿过大，易发生难产和产伤，甚至发生严重窒息及颅脑出血。这些小儿体重虽大但成熟度差，易发生肺透明膜病。由于胰岛素分泌增加，有58～75％会发生低血糖。由于甲状旁腺功能低下，可发生低血钙。另还会发生红细胞增多症，高胆红素血症等。
为此，应做好产前检查，作好抢救准备，娩出后应立即进行全面检查，应作血气、血糖、血钙等监测，并及时给予相应处理。
