The analysis data showed mixture of saturated aliphatic acids,spinasterol and 24-Dihydro-10α-cucurbitadienol.
用 70 %乙醇从四川瓜蒌中提取分离出具有钙拮抗作用的组分 ,经红外谱、薄层色谱、核磁共振与质谱等系列分析 ,确定其含有饱和脂肪酸混合物、菠菜甾醇和 2 4 -二氢 - 1 0α -葫芦二烯醇。

Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as: 2-hydroxy-4, 6-dimethoxybenzophone (hydrocotoin, Ⅰ), 1, 7-dihydroxy-3-methoxyxanthone (Ⅱ), 1, 7-dihydroxy-2, 3-dimethoxyxanthone (Ⅲ), α-spinasterol (Ⅳ), 1, 5-anhydro-D-sorbitol (polygitol Ⅴ) and benzoic aci.
结果从远志95%乙醇提取物中分离鉴定了6个化合物,分别为2-羟基-4,6-二甲氧基二苯酮(Ⅰ)、1,7-二羟基-3-甲氧基酮(Ⅱ)、1,7-二羟基-2,3-二甲氧基酮(Ⅲ)、α-菠甾醇(Ⅳ)、远志醇(Ⅳ)和苯甲酸(Ⅵ)。

β-Sitosterol and campesterol were successfully separated from mixed plant sterol standard by high speed countercurrent chromatography with V (heptane)∶ V (acetonitrile)∶ V (ethyl acetate)=5∶5∶1 solvent system.
利用高速逆流色谱法 ,并选用V(庚烷 )∶V(乙腈 )∶V(乙酸乙酯 ) =5∶5∶1溶剂体系 ,成功地分离了混合植物甾醇标准品中的 β 谷甾醇和菜油甾醇。

采用毛细管柱 -气相色谱法对维生素E中的游离菜油甾醇、豆甾醇和 β -谷甾醇进行了测定 ,并对实验方法的准确性进行了检验。

Conclusion They were Kaempferol 3-o-[β-D -glucopyranosyl-(1→2)- β-D-galactopyranosyl-(1→2)-glucopy ranosyl], Daucosterol, Rutin, Campesterol, Fuzitine, Hexadecanoicacid, Nigellamose, Nigeglanoside, Cholesterol, Stigmast.
结论采用化学分离方法分离得到化合物山奈酚-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基(1→2)-β-D-吡喃半乳糖基-(1→2)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖酯苷、胡萝卜苷、芦丁、菜油甾醇、附子碱、棕榈酸、黑种草三糖、黑种草苷、胆甾醇、豆甾醇。

原配料：菠菜 虾皮 鸡蛋
调味料：盐 鸡精 料酒 生粉
１）菠菜洗净，锅内烧开水，把菠菜放入汆熟捞出，控干水份切成段。
２）菠菜段加适量盐、鸡精、料酒、生粉和虾皮拌均匀。
３）接着把鸡蛋打散，倒入拌好的菠菜中。
４）平底锅倒油，等油温烧至五成热时，把菠菜蛋液倒进去摊平，开小火慢煎至两面金黄时盛出，切块装盘。
＊菠菜一定要汆过后再切段，以免营养流失，煎的时候要注意火候＊
