原料:

嫩菠菜300g

花生米50g

花生酱2汤匙(30g)

盐1/2茶匙(3g)

香油1/2茶匙(3ml)

油3汤匙(100ml)实耗30ml

做法:

1)菠菜择洗干净,放入滚水中汆烫后捞出,用清水过凉,沥干水分后切成4cm长的段备用。

2)炒锅入油,以小火烧至五成热,放入花生仁炸至八成熟,关火后利用余温将花生煨至全熟后捞出冷却。

3)用2汤匙水将花生酱稀释,放入盐,鸡精,香油搅拌均匀。

4)将菠菜段和炸熟的花生仁放入盘中,淋上酱汁即可。
