性质:指利用液体作为捕集体,将气态非均一系内所含颗粒捕集下来的操作。例如,使气态非均一系穿过液层或液膜或液滴时,其中的颗粒就黏附在液体上而被分离出来。工业上常用的湿法分离设备有鼓泡塔,喷淋塔,填料塔及文氏洗涤器等。它们可分离1~5μm的细粒,效率高而可靠,但气体内要夹带液雾,而且只能在较低温度下使用,设备较大,还要有庞大的液体回收及循环系统,所以应用不广。
