erC!Ilyo二次挤压(seeondary extrusion)将挤压后的制品作为坯料再次进行挤压的过程。目的是利用挤压时三向压缩变形的特点，充分发挥金属的塑性，用较大的锭坯生产出尽可能长的小截面制品，缩短生产周期，提高生产率。二次挤压普遍用于生产小型材、管材和棒材。二次挤压允许采用高的挤压速度和低的挤压温度，还可使合金的挤压效应减少或消失，并使所有硬铝及铝合金的强度降低而延伸率提高。X射线分析表明，二次挤压会引起合金在一定程度上发生再结晶。 (孝云项)
