The automatic control of mercury-injecting action in the process of compact fluorescent light(CFL) manufacturing can accurately manipulate the mercury content,reduce the pollution of mercury, improve production efficiency and the quality of CFL.

In consideration of defects in traditional mercury-injecting methods,the design adopts the new way of using microcomputer control unit to drive the micro-movement utensil,finally achieves the accurate control and regulation of mercury content.

This paper studies the factors including injection pattern, injection procedure and slug size which influence the displacement efficiency of loam flooding.

First, we had done the research on the injection pattern and measurement of viscoelasticity of the ternary compound systems with each kind of polymer, respectively, from which concluded that resistance factor and residual resistance factor increased as the increasing of the concentration of polymer, and so the viscoelasticity did.

Through numerical simulation and physical simulation,the influences of injection manner,different contact relations and different injection velocity ration on the development effect of the contact zones of polymer flooding and wat.
