北芪生鱼汤
菜 名： 北芪生鱼汤
主 料： 北芪20克，生鱼450克（1条或2条），红枣3粒去核。
做 法： 1、北芪、红枣洗一洗。
2、生鱼宰后洗净，抹干水。
3、烧热平底镬或中式镬，下油1汤匙搪匀镬，放下生鱼，用慢火煎至微黄色，盛起。
4、水5杯或适量放入锅内煮滚，放入生鱼、北芪、红枣煮滚，慢火煮3小时，下盐调味。
特 点： 北芪能补气固表、清虚火、壮脾胃，生鱼生肌润肤、增活力，红枣补脾胃、益气生津。北芪生鱼汤还能预防感冒。若想汤水更鲜美，可加入瘦肉同煲。
