With the complex command environment and a great deal of uncertain factors involved in the command process,the efficiency of command process has much effect on the warfare efficiency.

Command process is one of the important factors influencing effectiveness of combat command.

For solving the problems,the auther used the way of Markov Chains to optimize the command workflow.

In the thesis,the auther analyzed the command workflow capality index of maritime formation in the preparation of battle,using the theory of Stochastic Petri Net and the isomorphism Markov Chain.
