The experiment analysis of the crowning value variation about the flicker burnishing by obtained samples at different section of the finishing process is presented in this paper.
本文用按时间取样的方法对滚针抛窜工艺中其凸度的变化规律进行了试验研究，用三维有限长弹性接触问题的数值解法，分析了抛窜加工时间因素对滚针凸度形成规律的影响，并与跌落量参数随时间的变化规律相对照，探讨了用接触压力分布参数评定抛窜滚针凸度的方法，提供了一种评价抛窜工艺性能的实用方法。

针对川东北地区高温、高压、高含硫气井主要固井技术难题,提出利用新型非渗透和胶乳防气窜水泥浆凝固后水泥石低渗透的特点,降低CO2和H2S对水泥石的腐蚀;固井前强化钻井液堵漏,提高地层承压能力;在固井时,采用纤维堵漏水泥浆;在固井前采用分段压稳设计模型,考虑固井后水泥浆失重的影响,分析固井后环空压力分布,保证压稳气层;固井水泥浆采用双凝或多凝设计,确保主力气层快速形成早期强度,实现"以快制气",有效控制气层气体。
