补充资料:介质损耗因数测量
      对反映绝缘材料或电器绝缘介质中能量损耗特性因数的测量。当对绝缘物质施加交流电压时,由于漏电及极化过程,绝缘物质中将有有功电流流动,并产生能量损耗。与此同时,绝缘物质中还有电容性的无功电流流过。有功电流与无功电流之比即称为介质损耗因数。它不受绝缘尺寸的影响,是绝缘物质本身的特性参数。
  
  测量介质损耗因数最常用的仪器是西林电桥。西林电桥用于在交流电压下测量绝缘材料或电器设备的电容值和介质损耗因数值。西林电桥的基本回路如图所示,其中Z1(被试品)和C0(无损耗标准电容)是高压臂;R3(可调无感电阻)、R4(无感电阻)和C4(可调电容)是低压臂。高压臂是一些互相独立的部件,它们所能承受的电压决定了电桥的工作电压。低压臂组装在一起,调节R3及C4值可使电桥平衡。
  
  电桥平衡时,由可分别求得待测电容量C及介质损耗因数tgδ,其中ω为电源角频率。
  
  电桥在高电压下工作时,要正确选择低压臂的参数,使正常情况下低压臂上的压降不超过几伏。低压臂要并联一放电管,以防止高压臂击穿或闪络而在B或C点出现高电位。
  
  当被试品电容量较大时,流过R3的电流将很大,R3旁要并联分流电阻。当被试品的一端无法对地绝缘时,可采用反接线。要注意此时桥体(低压臂)处于高电位,应在绝缘台上的屏蔽笼内等电位操作或用绝缘件操作。
  
  为减小电磁干扰的影响,可改变电源电压的相位;也可将指零仪正、反接各测一次,再按有关公式求出准确的C和tgδ。
