| 衙署 中国古代官吏办理公务的处所。《周礼》称官府，汉代称官寺，唐代以后称衙署、公署、公廨、衙门。衙署是城市中的主要建筑，大多有规划地集中布置，采用庭院式布局，建筑规模视其等第而定。衙署中正厅（堂）为主建筑，设在主庭院正中，正厅前设仪门、廊庑，遇有重要情况才开启正门，使用正厅。正厅的附属建筑为长官办理公务的处所。衙署内有架阁库保存文牍、档案，有的还有仓库。地方府、县衙署附设军器库、监狱。京外衙署还附设官邸，供官员和眷属居住。 |
